Hire at your own risk\r One month and 3 missed appointments later and I am still waiting for Lawn Sprinkler Tech to return to my home and complete the work they were hired and paid to do. They left me with a 15 foot trench by the side of my driveway and one of the sprinkler heads they moved is leaking water. In 2 weeks my water bill doubled and I am not looking forward to my next bill. Despite my repeated calls and their assurances that they would come to my home and finish the work they started and were already paid for, I have received nothing but empty promises and skipped appointments. Lawn Sprinkler Tech’s service has been so sub-par that I feel compelled to warn people about what they may be in for should they hire this company. I now have to find and hire another company to complete the job Lawn Sprinkler Tech never finished. Dealing with this company was nothing but a colossal waste of time and money. My suggestion is that you save yourself the aggravation and money and hire someone else. more

Can't reach them - they block the number don't honor warranty 6/25/2013

Tried to call for a repair and got a recording that the number was out of service. Called from work to check again and the call went right thru. Asked to speak to Lee and informed he was only available on radio - was working in Macon that day. REALLY? In today's day and age you can only reach him by radio - I doubt it. So I asked for a call when he got back - no call to date. I check with the Better Business Bureau and they have a rating of "F." Worked around roots in our yard to replace valves 5/24/2013

Lawn Sprinkler Tech replaced two valves for our sprinklers we have had since 1989. There were a lot of roots which they were embedded in and they worked very hard to go around the roots as to not destroy any of our trees. They were very meticulous and diligent in getting the job done. more

I had some problems with the initial sprinkler system I had installed 4 years ago. It quit working so I called Lawn Sprinkler Tech to assess the problem. They identified what was wrong and fixed it. It looks like it's working again. more

I was in need of a repair to my sprinkler system and needed it fixed that same day. I called many but Lawn Sprinkler Tech was the ONLY one that actually answered the phone when I called. All of the others either had an answering service or I had to leave a message. Lawn Sprinkler Tech was able to do what I needed, come out the same day fix the system and were reasonable on the cost. They got it right the first time. 4/2/2013

Lawn Sprinkler Tech provided great service and went above and beyond my expectations. In installing my irrigation system, we found that another company had damaged something and they were able to locate the problem area, take pictures of it, and correct the issue. Lawn Sprinkler Tech is a reliable company that does a good job maintaining your irrigation system. 12/21/2012

The big thing for me is that the company does the job right. Do they identify leaks and problems with irrigation, and do they fix them? Lawn Sprinkler Tech didn't show up the very next day, but they did the job professionally and they fit the bill on that. With regards to their professionalism, Lee's a friendly guy and we have good conversation, but that doesn't get in the way of the job. My 4 is a pretty strong mark; you'd have to be world-class for a 5. I would like if he stayed a little later to talk to customers about the work he did, but his MO is that he does his job and takes off.
