Review content:
The big thing for me is that the company does the job right. Do they identify leaks and problems with irrigation, and do they fix them? Lawn Sprinkler Tech didn't show up the very next day, but they did the job professionally and they fit the bill on that.
With regards to their professionalism, Lee's a friendly guy and we have good conversation, but that doesn't get in the way of the job. My 4 is a pretty strong mark; you'd have to be world-class for a 5.
I would like if he stayed a little later to talk to customers about the work he did, but his MO is that he does his job and takes off. I understand that if he stays to talk to customers, he doesn't get work done though.
