BERGER, GEOREANN, AND AYANA!\r
I had been trapped by the throes of a divorce and the usual division of assets and debts. Attorney's fees and credit card debts shared the table, even though I was not the breadwinner. The ex-spouse abandoned ship, filed for bankruptcy and left the whole scatterings for me to clear up, as well as a few under aged children to support. Process servers from all angles came down upon me. I was poor and barely making it. One process server actually hung on to the side rear view mirror of the driver side of my friend's car and broke the internal hinges that linked to the automobile. Another process server came to the door and in a nervous impulse served a child of the age of 12. Still another process server, screamed out cuss words from across the street and threw papers in the middle of a busy street. It was at this point that the confusion began, and it was at this point that I contacted several bankruptcy attorneys including Michael Berger. I chose Michael Berger's office because he actually answered the phone and spoke with me without pressure, honestly and calmly. His fees were clear and simple and he didn't attach impossible amounts throughout the process as many attorneys do. Michael Berger explained the various types of bankruptcy available to me, while revealing the potential complications inherent with each method. He asked some questions regarding assets and what they were, current and future. It was deteremined that Chapter 13 was the best choice for my protection.\r
Ayana Guy helped me out with my case that seemed fraught with the harsh rage of what I would call, ""The Most Vindictive Creditor of the Century."" This creditor tried to take the home that I live in away from me. Ayana had to jump hoops and handle papers constantly. The opposing counsel was devious and unethical. They began to attempt to slander my very character by claiming that everything I was doing had been premeditated and planned. they even tried to have me arrested. During all of this the team at Berger's office, which consists of the attorneys Michael Berger, Georgeann Nichols, and Ayana Guy helped me clear up the misunderstandings the opposing counsel had generated in an attempt to confuse the judge as to what was the honest truth. This made the case drag on, but the team stood by me all the way. Finally the judge saw what comprised the case and Ayana Guy won the case on all points in question. Kudos to Ayana for a job very well done in an extremely complicated set of unfortunate events!\r
The payments are monthly, but not impossible to meet, and all the creditors are lumped together in an unsecured status. There is an end in sight.\r
