I hired the law firm of Mr. Michael Jay Berger in December 2007. I decided after the consulation that the best alternative for my situation was to file Bankruptcy. I was pleased with the service, legal expertise, and support. Every single step was explained in detail and it transpired in the same fashion. I always had someone return my calls and follow up on issues resulting from the process. I never felt lost or misplaced in the system. They were always available to meet in person or take my phone calls. There was never any pressure from Michael and his staff. They handled everything very professionally and efficiently. We retained the services of the Law Offices Of Michael Jay Berger! We had a very complicated case! Our Attorney was Georgeann Nicol and she was WONDERFUL! (That's an understatement.) Let me just tell you....we were in debt beyond what you could possibly imagine (high six figures) and if it wasn't for her fancy lawyer skills :) ..... I do not know where we would be right now. She took ALL our calls and was always there to answer our questions. We are forever grateful to Michael & Georgeann for helping us start over and move on with our life! more
