I have dealt with quite a few attorneys in the past but no one has ever shown as much efficiency, diligence, patience, warmth, kindness, guidance and understanding as this office. Every single phone call I made was answered personally by an attorney even when busy. They put my mind at ease when I was going through a very difficult time and they made sure the process of filing my documents went very smoothly. I was searching the internet looking for the lowest rate I could find. I had called several firms and was surprised that it would not be as costly as I had imagined. I called Berger on a lark. Judging by the website, I had it pegged as a very prestigious law firm and expected a much higher rate. I was very surprised to be quoted a comparable rate. Once I began communicating with Sofya, I felt very comfortable and chose this firm. Sofya did not let me down.
