I would not recommend this agency. Simple transactions such as changing coverage amounts, adding a car,or deleting a car ALWAYS get screwed up. This agency cannot do anything rig...

I recently had a hail claim with roof and exterior (cosmetic) damage. My adjuster, Brian Teague, was professional and polite and graciously looked at all the damage that I pointed out. Friendly and Knowledgeable 7/29/2009

I have been a client of Lauren for the past 6 months. I had been searching for an insurance agent for what felt like forever and I went to Lauren as a last hope. I immediately regretted not having gone to her first. Not only did I save so much more money than I would have at any of the prior agencies, but both Lauren and her staff were also unbelievably friendly. If you are reading this, save yourself the time and just go straight to Lauren Stone. You and your wallet will not regret it! Pros: Savings and smiles all around Cons: Absolutely nothing! more

Very Friendly 7/24/2009

I have been insured at Lauren's agency for only about 3 years now, not as long as dfwgreg03, but I have had nothing but great experiences with this agency. I used to be one of those people that didn't know anything about insurance and everytime I call the staff is courteous and take the time to explain my coverages to me and make sure I am properly covered at a price I am comfortable with. If things can be screwed up, this agency will see to that! 7/21/2009

I would not recommend this agency. Simple transactions such as changing coverage amounts, adding a car,or deleting a car ALWAYS get screwed up. This agency cannot do anything right the first time. One time an adjustment resulted in a $24 refund. They told me that the State Farm computer system could not issue a refund check. I called three times, got the same response. I had to report them to the Texas Insurance Administration before getting a refund check. Pros: None Cons: Poor Customer Service more
