Worst

I had read prior reviews so I knew what I was walking into. The only reason I visited Laura's was that they were the only retailer in Kansas or Missouri to carry a certain design...

Lauras Couture Collection was the best bridal boutique I went to in Kansas City! The customer service was unbeatable and I was treated like royalty (along with my mother and friends). They were not pushy and I did not feel like they only cared about the sale. They cared about me as a person and wanted me to have the best gown for my special day. I was torn between two different gowns at Lauras, and Laura even said I looked the best in the cheaper of the two (which I agreed and I ended up going with it). I knew that I was more than just a dollar amount because of this. Laura and her associates were very friendly and I couldnt have had a better experience. Other bridal shops I went to seemed way too pushy and eager to earn commision. Some would bring out gowns $1000 or more over the budget I had stated. One (Bridal Extraordinaire) even said we would get a 15% discount if we purchased a gown during the first visit. Buying a wedding gown should not be a rushed decision, and I did not feel any pressure at Lauras Couture Collection. Superior Store 1/8/2010

The service was immpecable, absolutely the best! Laura's treated myself, my fiance and my parents wonderfully. We always felt comfortable and felt that they really helped to make the experience memorable. Laura's was also very patient while trying on dress A vs. dress B a million times to make up my mind between the two. Finally, after decidng which dress to go with they went above and beyond to think of every detail to be addressed when ordering a custom fit gown; which really helped to ease my mind knowing that my wedding gown was in such good hands! Additionally, the QUALITY of the gowns were far SUPIORIOR to anything I had tried on in a 100 mile radius! Thank you Laura's! -The future Mrs. Stanley more

I have to say my experience was wonderful! I was a bit nervous because I had been to a few other stores and felt like they weren't really listening to my needs and the cram as many people in the store as possible. Laura's was wonderful! They made the experience very personal and they really think of everything, from putting both a bra and shoes in your size in your dressing room, along with a robe a slippers. It felt like what buy your dress should feel like. I was one of only two brides in the store which made the experience even better. I worked with Mandy and she was the BEST!!! She really listened to what I was looking for and every dress she showed me met my requirements. The first dress she put me in was the one I bought! It was also really comforting to know that she would be doing my alteration and that it wouldn't be handed off to someone who didn't know what my thoughts were. I would recommend Laura's to anyone! They have dresses in all price ranges and are very willing to work within your budget. Both Laura and Mandy were wonderful to work with and really made the experience special. I would highly recommend it!!! more

My experience with you was a big reason I ended up buying my dress from you. I have absolutely nothing to suggest changing. I knew you'd take good care of me and my dress from the moment I walked in, and it was comforting to feel like I had a couple of extra friends in the room giving their thoughtful (and educated) opinions without an ounce of pushiness. I'm not a gal who really cares about feeling like a princess, but it was lovely to feel pampered. Looking forward to coming back for the fittings!? more

The moment I walked into Laura's it just felt right!! Everyone there is so amazing and helpful. You could tell they loved what they do, and want every step of the wedding process as smooth and as joyous as it can be. There are a step above the rest and I'm so thrilled to be working with them for my big day!! The best experience - really!!! more
