Latha Subramanian DDS

Dr. Latha has been our family dentist for several years now and I would say overall our visits have been very comfortable and relaxing. The kids love going there because she takes the mystery out of the treatments by engaging them during their visits. She explains the procedures in their language so that they understand what is being done and are not afraid. Dr.Latha and her staff are all very dedicated to making the experience comfortable and effective. I especially, love the fact that they remember my preferences of time and date and accommodate them. I like the reminders through email and phone of an upcoming appointment. Recently they have started once a month Saturday appointments that have been very helpful. Amy has a very friendly approach and puts everyone at ease as they check in. We have not been made to wait for more than a few minutes before we are seen and when we are done, she is ready to make followups and within a few minutes we are on our way out. more

I've moved around a lot in my life, and I've also had a lot of problems with my teeth. Finding a good dentist has always been important to me, and I've been to some that have been pretty bad! When I moved to California I was recommended to Latha Subramanian by a family who has been going to her for years and years. I was so glad to have received the recommendation. My constant anxiety about my teeth has disappeared because I know I'm in good hands with this office. I had to have a crown made, and it was amazing to find out that Dr. Latha was able to make the crown right there in her office. No waiting two weeks for it to come back to the lab. He even showed me how he was able to ""design"" it using his computer. I've also had a problem with gingivitis (probably genetic) my whole life. Both hygienists, Gina and Stephanie, are awesome. It took several months and trying different things, but they got me totally healthy. I like how they approach dental problems from a whole-body perspective. They are also very helpful, and I think Dr. Latha is great. She's very friendly, on the cutting edge of her field, and will always make sure you understand how and why a procedure is taking a place. If you're the kind of person who dreads going to the dentist, I think you will find yourself surprisingly at ease here. more
