Dr. Latha has been our family dentist for several years now and I would say overall our visits have been very comfortable and relaxing. The kids love going there because she takes the mystery out of the treatments by engaging them during their visits. She explains the procedures in their language so that they understand what is being done and are not afraid. Dr.Latha and her staff are all very dedicated to making the experience comfortable and effective.
I especially, love the fact that they remember my preferences of time and date and accommodate them. I like the reminders through email and phone of an upcoming appointment. Recently they have started once a month Saturday appointments that have been very helpful.
Amy has a very friendly approach and puts everyone at ease as they check in. We have not been made to wait for more than a few minutes before we are seen and when we are done, she is ready to make followups and within a few minutes we are on our way out.
