I've been using Lashes by Christine for six months. Christine is highly knowledgeable, and she takes additional classes to ensure she's providing good, professional service. She was able to direct me to the type of lashes I needed based on my own anatomy and my own lashes, so that no damage would be done to my own lashes. She is very flexible working with my availability, and she is highly professional. She transferred me seamlessly to a new product. I know she's going to be taking another class, and she's working with me to get in before her class so my service isn't disrupted. She's very, very professional, and customer satisfaction is really important to her. more

I have been going to Christine for 3 years to have my lashes done, and she does a fantastic job. She is highly professional and her finished product is everything you could want and more. I love having the lash extensions! I never have to fool with eye makeup anymore. more

Christine and Randy are fantastic! Love my lashes!! I have seen other women's lashes from different stylists and they just look bad. Don't make the mistake they did.....go to the best, Christine and Randy.....you will get hooked and you won't regret it!! more

I can't live without Lashes By Christine! 3/6/2014

I've been using Lashes By Christine for about five months. Before I started going to Christine I used another place, but I wasn't impressed with the lashes. I wanted to try someone else, so I went to Christine. She gave me a lot of information on different types of lashes, how they should be applied and how to keep them clean. I had no idea before that how they should be kept clean. I also didn't know that there was a certain technique to applying them. The previous place I went just was sticking them on there, but Christine told me there is a technique for application to preserve the natural lash. Christine is very passionate and very well-informed and educated. I've noticed a huge difference since I started using her service. My husband and I are talking about moving, and I'm really nervous, thinking "Who's going to do my eyelashes?" Christine really knows what she is doing, and I'm afraid I won't be able to find anyone as passionate, informative and information-rich. more

Service is impeccable 2/10/2014

I came to Lashes by Christine from another lash establishment because I was unhappy with their customer service seven months ago and I am still with LBC. Their customer service is stellar, their products they use are the best and my lashes look more natural and seem to have more staying power than the lashes I had when using the prior establishment. I love both Christine and Randall and would highly recommend their service to anyone. more

The Best Lash Salon in Frisco or Plano 12/12/2013

I have had my lashes done by others and Christine is by far the BEST. Her technique in styling my lashes make them look full and natural. Which is the style I prefer. I've seen her do more dramatic lashes and they are beautiful and glamorous. I highly recommend her...she runs on schedule...never has canceled any of my appointments in three years. Can't say enough good things about her more

I have been a client for 4 years and she does awesome lashes. People ask me about my lashes all the time. They look great every time I fill them. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are good too! more

I've been going to Christine for close to 5 years now and I'm spoiled and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They are extremely sanitary, professional and I walk out after a relaxing nap looking beautiful. Their lashes are very high quality and stay on longer than anyone else I have tried. more

Excellent- go above and beyond to ensure happy clients! 12/5/2013

Been going to Christine for 23 years after trying several other salons. With Other salons I had problems with technique, low quality products and unreliable staff members. Since working with Christine, I've been happily surprised with their attention to detail, excellent products and technique and my lashes stay on for several weeks! I've also seen them go above and beyond to help me, even thought, technically, they didn't have to. I really appreciate them exceeding my expectations and makin it so easy to do business with them...why can't all relationships with companies be so easy?!?! Thank you, Christine, I appreciate all you have done for me!! more

I would like to be offered different curl styles to choose from at time of the service. This was my first time at this center and I love the quality of work so far. Need to see what happens with refills. However, after I was done with the service , I noticed that the lashes are too curly for me. I like J-curl, or B-curl, 11 to 12 mm long, 0.2T for a more natural look. RESPONSE FROM Lashes By Christine: Hi Nicole, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback! Great Customer Service. 11/26/2013

Great Customer Service. Full set took three hours though, lashes didn't look as full as I wanted and seemed too heavy for my eyes. RESPONSE FROM Lashes By Christine: Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on your appointment with us. As you may know, we have 2 different full sets; Mascara-Look (about70 extensions per eye) and a Dramatic-Look (about 100 extensions per eye). We can easily add additional extensions on your next appointment, just schedule a longer fill appointment and we can give you a bolder look with more extensions to take you from the Mascara-Look to the Dramatic-look. As far as appointment duration, our system automatically books Randall for 2 hours for an appointment for a Mascara-Look Full Set; 5-10 minute consultation before we get started and about 1 hour 40 mins for the eyelash extensions. Please feel free to call me if it did indeed take 3 hours as that is not typical of a Mascara-Look Full Set at all and not sure why it would even approach 3 hours. Excellent service and product! 11/26/2013

I am so impressed by the service and how well the lash product is. I decided to do lash extensions to save me the annoyance of using mascara and to give my eyes a nice full "frame" with dramatic lashes. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend!!!! more
