Great Customer Service. Full set took three hours though, lashes didn't look as full as I wanted and seemed too heavy for my eyes.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on your appointment with us. As you may know, we have 2 different full sets; Mascara-Look (about70 extensions per eye) and a Dramatic-Look (about 100 extensions per eye). We can easily add additional extensions on your next appointment, just schedule a longer fill appointment and we can give you a bolder look with more extensions to take you from the Mascara-Look to the Dramatic-look.
As far as appointment duration, our system automatically books Randall for 2 hours for an appointment for a Mascara-Look Full Set; 5-10 minute consultation before we get started and about 1 hour 40 mins for the eyelash extensions.
Please feel free to call me if it did indeed take 3 hours as that is not typical of a Mascara-Look Full Set at all and not sure why it would even approach 3 hours.
