Review content:
I ran in horror from the slick salesman and dishonest service at South Bay Honda to find an oasis at Larry Hopkins Honda. I bought my Civic Hybrid for AAA's no-haggle price, and as promised got a good deal with no haggling at all. Even loaded with accessories, it still cost less than the same car at South Bay. \r
When I take my car in for regular service, the service dept is always courteous, efficient, and prompt. They let me know the cost up front and have never charged me a penny more than that. The car has always been returned in tip-top condition.\r
It's very odd to find a car dealership with an aura of self-respect. I like that. I go out of my way to come here, and my mom (who was a loyal customer at South Bay for over 20 years until they came under new management and went down the toilet) has now sworn she loves it here and won't take her car anywhere else.
Pros: self-respecting, courteous, and efficient
Cons: no worse than any other dealership/mechanic
