Our problem had been ongoing and previous techs were unable to properly forestall or diagnose the cause of our expensive water leak but our luck changed when Larkin sent their supervisor, Casey. Casey exemplified everything we should all bring to our jobs. He was professional, diligent in finding and solving the multiple problems, offered extraordinary customer service and proved to be Larkin's greatest asset. Thank you, Casey.
