Computer Parts Replacement Business That Don't Need Replacing (NoRepair) 6/6/2014

Good Day,\r \r My name is MG H and on Monday, June 2, 2014, I brought my ASUS R503U laptop to your business for a bios repair. I was informed it should take no more than a hour to do so. I came back to your business the following day and waited for the repair to be done. Instead, you told me that my motherboard and keypad had to be replaced. You in no way checked nor addressed the problem which I brought you to check. You proceeded to take apart the laptop, which took all of 5 to 7 minutes. Not only was your diagnosis incorrect but you did nothing to correct that which I expressed to you.\r \r It is obvious that LaptopopRepairs.com is a computer parts replacement business and not an actual computer nor laptop repair business. As I have attached a photo of my ASUS R503U laptop to this email, you can see that my motherboard is fine as is my keyboard and after talking with a real computer technician, my system was up and running just fine in less than 3 minutes. I dropped my laptop and realized it was no longer charging - my computer was able to turn on and I was still able to use it. In fact, I used it for two full hours after I dropped it. I brought it to this repair location and was told I needed to pay $40 up front for the labor and I would get a quote for the parts once it had been inspected. \r \r I am very knowledgable on the topic of computers - I worked for 2 years for Apple tech support solving thousands of technical issues ... so I was very surprised when I got a call from them saying I needed a new logic board and case costing $305. My logic board could not have been defective because my computer worked after the fall! It is simply not possible.\r \r I declined to have it repaired and went to pick up my computer only to find out it was no longer was able to turn on. Let me write this in caps to be clear: MY COMPUTER WORKED (other than charging) AND WAS ABLE TO TURN ON WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO WHEN I PICKED IT UP.\r \r T more

The people who work there are not honest. They are only collecting money from clients. They are not consistent on their words, look at them eye to eye & their jestures, their voice tone. Even a 6 yr old can discern their lies. I asked a question, before i was done, techinician interrupted, "I am d doctor & you are a patient, so listen to me". There were more discussions & interrogations that I can prove their big lies. May God bless them & change their hearts! It is not only the tech but also the person in the front desk, they do not care! They just want to collect your money! more

Well I found someone who could fix my 2 computers. I know where I will return next. Its hard to find good service today with a low price. I am so happy that they are fixed.
