My name is MG H and on Monday, June 2, 2014, I brought my ASUS R503U laptop to your business for a bios repair. I was informed it should take no more than a hour to do so. I came back to your business the following day and waited for the repair to be done. Instead, you told me that my motherboard and keypad had to be replaced. You in no way checked nor addressed the problem which I brought you to check. You proceeded to take apart the laptop, which took all of 5 to 7 minutes. Not only was your diagnosis incorrect but you did nothing to correct that which I expressed to you.\r

It is obvious that LaptopopRepairs.com is a computer parts replacement business and not an actual computer nor laptop repair business. As I have attached a photo of my ASUS R503U laptop to this email, you can see that my motherboard is fine as is my keyboard and after talking with a real computer technician, my system was up and running just fine in less than 3 minutes.
