After posting an unsatisfactory review regarding my experience with the laptop guy about my misplaced laptop, the owner actually responded to my ad. Although I was very frustrated, I was ultimately shocked that the owner took this review seriously and called me back.
I realize that even a computer solution store may have some system challenges and the laptop guy does take customer service seriously. First off, in my original review I was incorrect in mentioning that I spoke with the owner. Instead, I spoke with a Tech Manager. Secondly, the actual work and the problem of my computer was resolved and on time. Unfortunately, the miscommunication, the system glitch and the confusion at the store was my biggest frustration. Although, my experience was far from perfect, the fact that my computer is fixed and that the owner responded to my ad, I am satisfied with my experience. I hope they do work out the kinks because I would seriously give them another chance since the laptop guy does charges 25% less than the Geek Squad for a virus removal.
