Absolutely the worst customer service experience. Dropped off my laptop in Grandview but was serviced at the Gahanna location. Requested to have them hold the laptop in Gahanna since it would be on my way home from work. Instead it was returned to Grandview. After confirming with the home office that laptop was there, I was told when I arrived at the store that their system was down and they could not release or process any transactions. Ironically, a computer solution retailer did not have a solution around this issue. No option was given to me but only one...to come back the next day. I called the home office after I left the store and they offered a payment over the phone. I returned back to the Grandview location explaining that I had paid at full and once again another issue...I was told that my laptop was still with the courier and was not in the store. I went home without my laptop and received a call after store hours that my laptop was actually there the whole time. After explaining to the owner about my situation...He refused to give me anything more than 9% off my bill. He does not believe that service ends at the time of picking up your computer (if they can locate it). He argued that my computer was fixed at the estimated time frame although it was an oversight on their part that they could not locate my computer. I would rather pay the extra money and go to the Geek Squad. Do not waste your time and money at this place.
