Wow what a joke, I sent my laptop in twice now They fixed it the first time, it worked for about two weeks. It failed again with the same problem. Now they say they cant fix it and want $300+ for a new motherboard and still have the nerve to charge me for labor and over-charge for shipping. So I only get a partial refund. To top it all off both times I ship my laptop to them in a approved Laptop shipping carton and they keep the good box and ship me back there own rigged up garbage box and my laptop gets beat around from improper packaging.. Wow I thought only shady car lots gave you the runaround like this. Thank God for credit card charge-backs.
Pros: Seems Like a good price at first.
