Landmark On the Valley Apartments

NOT recommend this apts, I have lived in this apts for almost a year and looking forward to my move next month. From no working heaters in Winter to no air conditioner in Summer, there is everything wrong in this place. Kids play around everywhere as if they didn't have a mother who watches them. Teenagers vandalize vehicles and property and no one does nothing or sees nothing. Maintenance is horrible they come when they wish and work at their pace. I have never lived in an area so bad with vandalisms and crime. I have learned from this place its better to pay a little bit more but you live more comfortably. more

These Apts are on Waterview and Spring Valley right before you hit Richardson. These are the absolute worse apartments I have ever stayed in. I moved in here in March 2010. They never said anything about the horrible ROACH problem that they have. After I moved in and really started looking they didn't cleaned out the cabinets before they painted. They painted over roaches and anything else that was left in the cabinets. The guys that are suppose to fix things only mess up more. The shower in the hall bathroom has been messed up since I moved in here. I asked them to the running faucet but the messed up the shower and the faucet still runs. The vanity light in my bathroom is rigged up some kind of way. You have to continuously flick it for it to work. The dishwasher stopped working and one of the burners on the stove doesn't work. The mail boxes are so raggedy you can just pull them open and look at the other peoples mail. A 10 year old boy pulled a knife on my son and people are constantly shooting just for fun. You complain about things and they don't do anything. Some kids broke my window 3 weeks ago and they never came to fix it. Every other weekend the hot water doesn't work or the air is messed up. It's to hot for the air to be messed up and it always happen on the weekend. Ughh! The walls and floors are paper thin. I stay on the top floor and you can hear every sound the people under you make. It's absolutely horrible. The only thing thats good is its dirt cheap for a 3 bedroom. If you move in these apartments you better be ready to enter your worse nitemare. August 2010 I'm breaking my lease to get out of here. more

So far I am a Tenent here and nothing has gone right. Since me and my husband moved in there has been nothing but problems. The sheet you fill out upon moving in, where u list all the problems has not been taken care of. Since April came we have only had air for maybe 3 weeks at the most, because it is always breaking down. This is July 18,2007 and as I am typing this there is no air. Whenever you need anything fixed it like never happens or it is 2-3 months later. In conclusion I don't recommend any human, dog or cat live here. We have been here since February and there have been nothing but problems. more
