These Apts are on Waterview and Spring Valley right before you hit Richardson. These are the absolute worse apartments I have ever stayed in. I moved in here in March 2010. They never said anything about the horrible ROACH problem that they have. After I moved in and really started looking they didn't cleaned out the cabinets before they painted. They painted over roaches and anything else that was left in the cabinets. The guys that are suppose to fix things only mess up more. The shower in the hall bathroom has been messed up since I moved in here. I asked them to the running faucet but the messed up the shower and the faucet still runs. The vanity light in my bathroom is rigged up some kind of way. You have to continuously flick it for it to work. The dishwasher stopped working and one of the burners on the stove doesn't work. The mail boxes are so raggedy you can just pull them open and look at the other peoples mail. A 10 year old boy pulled a knife on my son and people are constantly shooting just for fun. You complain about things and they don't do anything. Some kids broke my window 3 weeks ago and they never came to fix it. Every other weekend the hot water doesn't work or the air is messed up. It's to hot for the air to be messed up and it always happen on the weekend. Ughh! The walls and floors are paper thin. I stay on the top floor and you can hear every sound the people under you make. It's absolutely horrible. The only thing thats good is its dirt cheap for a 3 bedroom. If you move in these apartments you better be ready to enter your worse nitemare. August 2010 I'm breaking my lease to get out of here.
