So far I am a Tenent here and nothing has gone right. Since me and my husband moved in there has been nothing but problems. The sheet you fill out upon moving in, where u list all the problems has not been taken care of. Since April came we have only had air for maybe 3 weeks at the most, because it is always breaking down. This is July 18,2007 and as I am typing this there is no air. Whenever you need anything fixed it like never happens or it is 2-3 months later. In conclusion I don't recommend any human, dog or cat live here. We have been here since February and there have been nothing but problems.
