My experience with the Land Rover Roaring Fork sales department was exceptional, but I am not as convinced that their service department is as good or that they have the same commitment to the customer as sales.
I needed help from the service department to contact the manufacturer or whoever was responsible for my warranty to get my damaged tire replaced. I was ignored for a long time, but then the sales department stepped in and gave me good directions on how to get my situation taken in care of. Eventually the Land Rover manufacturer did replace my tire, as they should have. The service department was more interested in doing work than in getting my problem taken care of by Land Rover or whoever would be responsible.
Land Rover Roaring Fork has very good people who give good service and I am glad they are still there.
