This place is bad! they never fix anything unless you bug them on a daily bases. Will try to evict you for anything! Our rent is paid on time every month, and I got a evict notice for 430...For 2 pet deposits, and I don't own a Pet!!! The cops are out here every night - and the "" Neighbor watch"" guy likes to harass young kids not doing anything but walking down the street. It's a shame. This place is not that cheap to live either... more

IF i could rate 0 stars I would. Rent is cheap but they will make up for it by extorting money from you. Charge you fees for people mowing your grass when you mowed it yourself.\r \r They wont fix anything. I have been trying to get electrical problems and rotten floors fixed for a long time but they wont fix anything.\r \r They are un professonal and call you names when you try to talk to them about anything and then hang up on you.\r \r I paid my rent every month on time, and got a court summons for eveiction due to a lawn fee which they claim they mowed. I mowed the lawn not them. They try to evict the people who pay their rent on time, its a wonder this place can stay in buisness. \r \r DO yourself a favor and stay far away from this place...\r more

We were moving from out of state to Texas. LWV worked with me a lot to secure a home for my family prior to my arrival. I appreciate everything the staff did to help with a smooth transition. more

I have been here over a year. I like the schools, and the neighborhood. \r \r They have been doing work around the community, and updating the park and clubhouse.\r \r Have I had some problems, yes. Have I got in trouble for not cutting my yard, yes. But, all in all I have not had a huge problem with anything. Pros: Park and schools more

Yes i lived there for a while and the owners will lie and tell you you can split up you deposit but then all of a sudden they want it all and the other half you give them i will not give it back. we had many problem like a screendoor fell on my daughter and they said oh well and they came 5 weeks later to fix it. the park what park its nasty i wouldnt let me dog play there all the equiment is junk and broken and nails stick out. dont live here if you look on line you will fine many reviews of this place all bad more

I have lived in Lakewood Village for a few months. I had a problem and the front office worked with me. They did not tell me to bad. They could have told me it was my problem. Because it was, but they were understanding and helpful. They also have fixed any problems that I have had with my home. Sometimes you have to wait. But, I had to wait in my apartment too. \r \r There are plenty of kids riding bikes and playing here. You can have pets here. \r \r I would choose this place over any apartment I have ever lived in! I tell everybody I know about this place! I like it and hope to be here for awhile. Pros: Great neighborhood for families! more
