Yes i lived there for a while and the owners will lie and tell you you can split up you deposit but then all of a sudden they want it all and the other half you give them i will not give it back. we had many problem like a screendoor fell on my daughter and they said oh well and they came 5 weeks later to fix it. the park what park its nasty i wouldnt let me dog play there all the equiment is junk and broken and nails stick out. dont live here if you look on line you will fine many reviews of this place all bad
