IF i could rate 0 stars I would. Rent is cheap but they will make up for it by extorting money from you. Charge you fees for people mowing your grass when you mowed it yourself.\r

They wont fix anything. I have been trying to get electrical problems and rotten floors fixed for a long time but they wont fix anything.\r

They are un professonal and call you names when you try to talk to them about anything and then hang up on you.\r

I paid my rent every month on time, and got a court summons for eveiction due to a lawn fee which they claim they mowed. I mowed the lawn not them. They try to evict the people who pay their rent on time, its a wonder this place can stay in buisness. \r

DO yourself a favor and stay far away from this place...\r
