Lakeside Floors is great! They were very easy to work with and had lots of good suggestions. They had actually been recommended to me by many of my friends and so their service is very reliable. I hired them to install new hardwood flooring and carpet throughout my home and they truly did an excellent job. They arrived on time, finished the job on time, and were very professional. The prices were pretty competitive. I'm glad to support a business that stands behind their work and does a great job. Ken and his wife, Colleen, are very helpful and friendly. We've recommended Lakeside Floors many times! We've dealt with them a lot in the past. They remodeled our bathroom, and they did some work on the floors. In the past month they did some tile and plumbing work for us. Everything turned out great! We didn't have any problems. The quality of the work they do is very good, and they are very timely. We purchased carpeting for our home at Lakeside Floors. The sales staff at the store were very helpful when it came time to decide what styles and brands to go with. The installation took two days. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly. They did a great job. They even had some turns and two curving staircases to deal with, but everything turned out really well. They also made sure to put everything back to where it was supposed to be after the job was complete. It was the perfect flooring experience. The owners were wonderful to work with. They were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we would definitely recommend their services. more

Lakeside Floors is fabulous. Everyone there is very professional. They're just fantastic people who stand by their word. They get things done when they say they will and are overall very honest. They've done so many things for me, from brickwork to installing granite in my backyard. I've recommended them to all of my friends because the prices are great. One time I had credit with them for $25 that I had forgotten all about and they reminded me which was extremely nice. I've used them for about three years and am completely satisfied. more

Lakeside Floors did a terrific job. They installed our kitchen backsplash and our home's hardwood floors. Everything looks absolutely stunning. They were very affordable and got each one of the jobs done all in one day. I really liked that they left no mess at all. Lakeside Floors has very good service. I have already recommended them, and I have gone back to them several times. They have given me good recommendations about what's currently going on in the marketplace and what customers are looking for. Their installers are excellent, and they have given me good recommendations for how to handle things related to the room I'm remodeling. They have provided the wood floors for my living room and dining room, as well as the tile for the kitchen and backsplash. They recently did the shower and tile in my master bathroom. Any issues that have come up have been taken care of immediately and very quickly. If you're going to replace tile or flooring in your house, I would recommend you go with them. The first reason I went to them is that I wanted to be able to have an installer I felt comfortable with in my home. When I searched around at first I wasn't able to find what I was looking for, but when I came to Lakeside I found an installer who had been with them for 10 years. So I'm comfortable having him in my home, and they are very easy to deal with. more

We were very pleased with the service Lakeside Flooring provided us with. We've been a customer of theirs for at least 15 years. We started going to them almost right after they started the business. They have put carpets in every one of our bedrooms, and they also installed wood floors in a portion of our house. Most recently they put some laminate flooring down in our bedroom. Originally we ordered a wood floor to be installed. But when the installer came out to do the work and saw what bad condition our slab was in, he told us he wouldn't recommend installing the wood floor. He said with the bad condition and as much movement as the slab has, it would come loose. And he said he wouldn't recommend the wood because it would be glued to the concrete. Lakeside was very good about returning the wood for us. They didn't charge us extra, and they talked with the company who made the flooring so it was possible for us to exchange the wood for laminate flooring. The installer came back and put the float down. He had to use four bags. We were very pleased with how fast he was able to get the work done. He came back two days later and put the floor down. It looks very pretty! He was great, very professional and very knowledgeable. We continue to use them because we like their installers. We really liked the installer we had for the recent work. I really felt like he was knowledgeable and wasn't just coming in to sell us his most expensive product. He was very honest with me. He could have made a more money if he had installed the wood floor. The same with Lakeside. Instead, he told us he didn't want to take us to the cleaners and that he didn't think it would be feasible to put down the wood. We were very pleased to have someone that honest even when it means they're going to get a smaller pay cut, since the laminate flooring was half the price of the wood. It was shocking they did that, but we're very pleased because they were so honest! Lakeside Flooring is top notch, and I would recommend them 100 percent. You may pay more for the flooring than if you went to cheaper place. But you're going to get top notch installers who will come in and be honest with you about laying the flooring in your house. They do the work quickly, and it's just good service. I prefer honest service to a cheap, shoddy job. I would rather be charged a little more per square foot if it's with a company like Lakeside that isn't just coming in and trying to take me for every penny I have. I'm pretty sure Lakeside Floors has never done that. They are reputable and in my hometown, and I will use them again! more

They are WONDERFUL at Lakeside Floors. I don't say that about many people! I've had other contractors and disastrous times. Lakeside came through for me every time there was something to do. They laid some carpet in a house I was putting on the market. The carpet was then damaged by a sewer backup, so they came and did it all again! Then the realtors found there was a place on the wood floor that had to be repaired because there was a little warping. My husband and I had installed it years before, and I only had about 3 or 4 boards left. Lakeside's guy came and patched it. He did the most beautiful job, and you can't even tell it was patched. I liked their carpet installers, too. They were Spanish-speaking, but still communicated really well with me. They all really knew what they were doing. Even though I don't live down there anymore, I hope that Lakeside Floors is doing very well. This is an excellent company! more

Lakeside Floors is very professional, but they have what I would call a hometown feel. The guys who did the work for me were very trustworthy. I left them in my house several times, and they always cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice and very professional. I started using them last year and they've done everything from installing laminate flooring to remodeling a shower for me. I continue to use them because of the personality and hometown feel they give you. They don't sell you anything you don't need. They are always upfront and honest about the work they're going to do. If anything comes up after the work's started, they're upfront about it and don't try and pass it over. They're very honest and professional. The work they did for me excellent. I would say they're the way to go. They're knowledgeable about their work and the business. They don't give you anything you don't need. It's not about the business with them, it's about the customer. more

We found Lakeside Floors to be very professional and very nice. There was no pressure to buy what we couldn't afford. The staff at the showroom was knowledgeable about the product, and they helped us find what we really wanted. They spent time letting us pick what we wanted, and they also allowed us to take samples home in order to compare colors with our wallpaper and granite. The installers were on time and very professional, as well. They were very friendly and very good at what they do! Our floors turned out beautifully. We had tile put in in the kitchen, washroom, pantry, and bathrooms. We had wood floors installed in the family room, den, dining room, living room, and bedroom. When we have enough money saved up, we're going to do the second floor, too! The service was very quick. It took four days for the tile and three days for the wood. For the wood installation, we had liked their work so much that we had them come back to do the other parts of the first floor, so that took an additional three days. Everything that they said would happened, happened. If you are looking for a family-oriented company, these are definitely the people to go with. more

Our experience with Lakeside Floors was great. We definitely would've paid more for what we received! They come to our house and measured our floors. We selected the padding and carpeting we liked, and they gave us a good quote. The installers were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They had to move our very LARGE pieces of furniture during the installation, and they were extremely careful not to scratch our hardwood floors in any way. When they were finished, they moved everything back perfectly. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The whole project took them only four hours. We were very satisfied with how everything came out. We'd definitely use them again! more

Lakeside Floors installed carpet in two rooms and it turned out as expected, if not, better than expected. They did it without me putting any money down. Normally, I would expect to put some money down so they could order the carpet but when I called to ask about the invoice, they said I could either mail in a check or come in and pay by card. They're really fast too. They started Friday afternoon and by Wednesday, I had carpet. They're a great company. more

Lakeside Floors has done two projects for me-one with laminate floors to the hallways, dining room, kitchen and laundry room and the other being tile in the guest bathroom. They will be doing carpet in the master bedroom for our next project. They are close by, reliable, and we have been very satisfied with every project we have used them for thus far! more

The prices are fair and they are right up front. Their installers come on time and do great work. This last time we had them do vinyl plank flooring for us. We plan to use them again in the near future. more
