Review content:
We found Lakeside Floors to be very professional and very nice. There was no pressure to buy what we couldn't afford. The staff at the showroom was knowledgeable about the product, and they helped us find what we really wanted. They spent time letting us pick what we wanted, and they also allowed us to take samples home in order to compare colors with our wallpaper and granite.
The installers were on time and very professional, as well. They were very friendly and very good at what they do! Our floors turned out beautifully. We had tile put in in the kitchen, washroom, pantry, and bathrooms. We had wood floors installed in the family room, den, dining room, living room, and bedroom. When we have enough money saved up, we're going to do the second floor, too!
The service was very quick. It took four days for the tile and three days for the wood. For the wood installation, we had liked their work so much that we had them come back to do the other parts of the first floor, so that took an additional three days. Everything that they said would happened, happened.
If you are looking for a family-oriented company, these are definitely the people to go with.
