I have lived at Lakeside for 4 years. I started in a town home and then I got a one bedroom,after I didn't need the 2nd bedroom. Both my apartments were in places on the property where I had a great view. Overall the entire stay at Lakeside was very pleasant! more

I've lived here for approximately five months so far. The office staff seems nice enough, and appear to want to help you solve any problems that occur. Considering the rent price per month, it's a nice place to be. more

I have lived at Lakeside for almost 3 years, I came to the complex when the new management took over. I started in a townhome and then downsized to a one bedroom, when I no longer needed the extra bedroom. Both my homes were in places on the property where I was able to view the lake, and the new deck, grills and court yard. Since I have been at Lakeside they have re roofed the entire complex as well as done a ton of new things to the outside and inside of the apartments and buildings. The staff takes my packages for me at the office and has even faxed important paper work for me to my office as well as received faxes for me when I am working at home. I have never found them to be anything but pleasant to work with and they actually go above and beyond what I ever expected a apartment complex to do for me. I also have noticed a change in the quality of people allowed into the complex as the first thing you recieve when applying is the qualifications to be allowed to live at the complex. I also looked around at the prices of other complexes in the area and the price is very fair. My cost includes a carport and washer/dryer in my apartment along with my HEAT which was a big problem when I had to pay for it. This saves me a TON. more

The rooms are huge in size which provides a great value along with the low monthly rental cost. The buildings are older (from the 70 s), so they are not brand new looking but they are maintained and acceptable. more

I have lived @ Lakeside for 3 years. Since the new management has taken over this place has changed for the better. I have read some of the negative ratings and am shocked. There are good & bad in every apartment community but, some of the things I have read are truly absurd! The new management go way out of their way to make you feel at home and see to it things are taken care of in a nice timely manner. I believe the new management have been here about a year. The maintenance are very courteous and fix things right the first time instead of having to come back 2-3 times as the previous maintenance always did. The apartments are very spacious and homey. They seem to be always up grading and always ask how things are when I go into pay my rent. I love living here, by the lake,watching deer and wildlife. more

I am a newer resident, app. 4 moths now. I am very happy with the entire complex. The office staff tries very hard to get things done right away for you. I have even seen them taking out trash for an elderly tenant. That, I think , speaks for the service. I guess you just have to keep in mind that these are not brand new apartments. They are perfectly priced, for I checked several out before I made my decision to move in. more
