I have lived at Lakeside for almost 3 years, I came to the complex when the new management took over. I started in a townhome and then downsized to a one bedroom, when I no longer needed the extra bedroom. Both my homes were in places on the property where I was able to view the lake, and the new deck, grills and court yard. Since I have been at Lakeside they have re roofed the entire complex as well as done a ton of new things to the outside and inside of the apartments and buildings. The staff takes my packages for me at the office and has even faxed important paper work for me to my office as well as received faxes for me when I am working at home. I have never found them to be anything but pleasant to work with and they actually go above and beyond what I ever expected a apartment complex to do for me. I also have noticed a change in the quality of people allowed into the complex as the first thing you recieve when applying is the qualifications to be allowed to live at the complex. I also looked around at the prices of other complexes in the area and the price is very fair. My cost includes a carport and washer/dryer in my apartment along with my HEAT which was a big problem when I had to pay for it. This saves me a TON.
