I have lived @ Lakeside for 3 years. Since the new management has taken over this place has changed for the better. I have read some of the negative ratings and am shocked. There are good & bad in every apartment community but, some of the things I have read are truly absurd!
The new management go way out of their way to make you feel at home and see to it things are taken care of in a nice timely manner. I believe the new management have been here about a year.
The maintenance are very courteous and fix things right the first time instead of having to come back 2-3 times as the previous maintenance always did.
The apartments are very spacious and homey. They seem to be always up grading and always ask how things are when I go into pay my rent.
I love living here, by the lake,watching deer and wildlife.
