Ben Jasper came out the same day a call was placed with Lakebrink as our furnace started blowing cold air and the temperature in the home was dropping. Ben introduced himself, asked what the problem was, and started right in, in looking at the furnace and where the problem was. He explained to me about the furnace filters we were using and the correct way to insert. After several minutes, he came upstairs and told me what the problem was and that he had a part of the truck. A short time went by and Ben was finished with the furnace. The charge for this was reasonable. Ben gave me his business card and asked if I would take this survey. Ben was very courteous throughout the time he was here. Told him I would be requesting him anytime I call Lakebrink for service. more

I cannot think of a time in my 57 years when I have had the pleasure of dealing with a service technician who combined friendliness and knowledge the way Ben does. I kind of hope that something else goes haywire so I can call and request him specifically! (My wife's gonna kill me if she finds out about that last comment...) more

Great service and FAST response to a service call. Was honest and respectful. I was expecting a large bill or the news of having to replace my HVAC. Not the case. They were honest and said all is working ok except for the part that failed and they had it on the service vehicle. Also repaired an old issue with the blower motor for no cost! They will be the HVAC people for me! more

Ben did a very professional job servicing our heating/air conditioning unit on a holiday. Found an obscure problem quickly and provided a temporary fix to cool the house overnight. They had parts expedited the next day and had the permanent repair completed in less than an hour that day!
