Dustin was an excellent HVAC tech, very polite, patient, willing to explain everything he was doing in detail. He seemed to be very thorough, honest and helpful. He made adjustments to our furnace gas valve which was not working to full capacity, he tested for propane leaks and CO levels, checked our air filter and humidifier elements, cleaned the coils of our heat pump, checked its freon level, and made sure that all of our equipment was operating properly by the end of his visit. I plan to ask for Dustin for future HVAC maintenance visits from Lakebrink. more

AC and Heating Residential Installation 8/16/2018

Lakebrink exceeded our expectations. They initially came to our house promptly to look at our failed AC system. Lakebrink studied our situation knowing that we wanted to upgrade our system. Lakebrink provided three different proposals and explained each of them to us. Upgrading caused a compatibility issue and their specialist worked with the manufacturer to find a controlling device for our two-zoned requirement. That was the second visit. It was determined that a different controller was needed to work with our two-zoned situation and Lakebrink promptly send another proposal which we accepted. When the installation took place, the third visit, the owner and two technicians came to our house to ensure our confidence in Lakebrink. The major installation was done in a day and we had AC running that afternoon. A couple of days later for a fourth visit the proper controller was installed and the technician went through how we operate the system in as much detail as we wanted. We would recommend Lakebrink to anyone. more

Jake Mischte was very professional, considerate, and skilled. It was a rainy day and they took every effort to keep from bringing dirt or mud into the house. They arrived promptly as expected. Last night was the best night's sleep I've had since the AC went out. Thank. more

Excellent Service 4/19/2018

We have been using Lakebrink H & C for several years now and they consistantly provide excellent service. Today we had Jake and Alex install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were on time to arrive and completed the installation and clean up in the manner that we expected. All of our dealings with Lakebrink have been top notch. heating system inspection 2/12/2018

He followed the inspection list. He was very thorough in what he was doing. He tested the high limited control, clean & lubricate blower assembly, tested, fan control, serviced wire assembly , tested heat anticipator, heat exchange inspection. The capacitor had to be replaced and with the service agreement there was a 15% discount. The price was very reasonable. The blower motor has 1.3 Amps. He advised us on how to keep the cool air from coming out of the back door. more

New heat pump system 1/1/2018

We recently had a new heat pump system installed by Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had prior service from this company with our older system. They always managed to keep us up and running again until we could decide what system we wanted to upgrade to. They have always been courteous and good about explaining what the problems were and what was needed to be done. They have also helped our daughter out with some of the issues with her heating system. We are both getting used to a heat pump system and know that if we have any questions or concerns they will be there for us. I highly recommend their company. Dennis and Jerri more

Fantastic Service! 12/27/2017

Two months and a half, $4000, and three technicians, all with another company, and Ben figured out the problem and had it fixed in one morning! He is absolutely at the top of his game: he thoroughly knows what he’s doing, plus he’s an excellent problem solver. Besides that, he’s a nice guy, courteous, and mindful of tracking snow and stuff in. He’s exactly what you would order if you could specify what you want in a furnace repairman! We would give him TEN stars if we could! more

Instalation of new Heating & Cooling 11/17/2017

The guys came in first thing in the morning and had our unit completely installed by the end of the day. They made sure to not be disruptive to our work force all day. All of them are so friendly and they did not leave until we they were sure we knew how to work the new digital thermostat. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more

Geothermal Diagnosis & Repair 11/8/2017

Dustin Maune was very thorough with the inspection and diagnosis of two geothermal units as well as explaining the operation of the units and what he was doing when performing the service work. (He even put up with me asking so many questions.) Lakebrink Heating and Air Conditioning means friendly and helpful personnel and quality service. more

Did a good job from start to finish. Started by making sure not to track dirt in. Went right to work and checked the system thoroughly. Replaced filter, and checked humidifier. Answered any questions we had. Very nice. more
