Fantastic ! I will never use any other company for my HVAC needs. I'm not the only one either. There was a Lakebrink sticker on my HVAC that showed all the previous owners had also used Lakebrink. Ben arrived and put on booties on his shoes so he didn't track in anything. Asked what the problem was. He seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. After fixing the problem he explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone. more

Stayed with It 3/10/2017

While it took a few months to get the air cleaner problem solved, Andy, Brian, and Ben got it done. I had to do all of the follow calls, but when I did they handled it well. Ben is an amazing, educated worker. He digilenty worked on my electronic air cleaner and couldn't repair it. However, his personal knowledge and his patience to listen to my family's needs he provided a solution that is better than what we had installed. I have worked with Ben on a few projects and he is who I want working on my HVAC! more
