I have bought many cars, foreign and domestic, since 1964 and this repair experience has to be the best I have ever encountered. Problem solved in decent time, by knowledgeable professionals using really fine customer relations skills. I never at any time felt I was being lightly patronized, but felt both men had a genuine concern for solving the problem. more

Always a Pleasure 2/13/2012

I have bought 4 vehicles from them and always is a pleasure dealing with all the staff from receptionists to management. The experience I receive when I go into the dealer is amazing everyone is friendly and knows you by name. I currently have 2 vehicles with them and when I bring them in for service it is always fast and efficient. The waiting area is great, they always have snacks set out an a fine assortment of coffee, tea and soft drinks. I will always have my vehicles serviced with Lake Norman Infiniti. more

Self Proclaimed Tough, High Maintenance Critic Won Over 12/11/2011

My father made his career in car sales in Michigan. Needless to say I have VERY high expectations for service, transparency and professionalism when considering purchasing a new vehicle. The honest, no pressure, respectful way in which I was treated at LKN Infiniti has made me a client for life. I worked directly with Matias Gorostiaga in sales, Mike McKenna in financing and had the opportunity to meet with Rick Zoerb, the dealership owner. All of the men were so very professional, accommodating and kind. I purchased a new EX35. In the second month of my ownership it was totaled in a dangerous collision by a negligent driver. The very next day (a Sunday) Matias picked me up at my home and allowed me to drive another EX35 until the insurance issues were straightened out. All of the people in the dealership were my advocates from the purchase of my first EX35 to the purchase of my second EX35 just two months later. The service that I have received has been unparalleled. I have (and will continue) to recommend Lake Norman Infiniti to family, friends, colleagues, anyone that will listen. The EX35 saved my life and everyone at the dealership made my transactions smooth, painless, expedient and a joyous occasion. more

Can't find anything that doesnt meet or exceed expectations 9/3/2010

I live in Cary, NC, and the drive to Lake Norman Infiniti was well worth the trip. I bought a 2010 G37 Convertible and have been very happy with the entire process. I refuse to buy from the Raleigh dealership, as I had a very bad experience with them in the past. It would have been nice to just buy a car 20 minutes from my house, but I chose to take the drive to Lake Norman just so I didn't have to deal with the Raleigh dealer. It was well worth it! I actually negotiated the price on the car via instant chat on their website in about 5 minutes with Mike Capo. When I arrive to the dealership I met with Larry who took care of me the rest of the way. I did a quick test drive and was given an opportunity to go over every detail of the car. I however was in a hurry to get back to Cary, as I had plans and my wife would kill me if I was late, so I didnt have the time to go over everything. I was told I could come in anytime I was in the area to go over anything I needed. I did the test drive, traded in a vehicle, went through financing and was out the door in about 2 hours. I have had 3 phone calls from Larry in the past month since purchasing, just to check up on me and see if I needed anything or had any questions about the car. Since I was in a hurry I missed a couple small things in the car walk through before I left (a scratch inside the door handle, probably from someone with a ring and a couple little spots on a speaker screen), and I was told whenever I am in the area to let them know and they will take care of it. I am one of, if not the most critical person when it comes to customer service, as I make a living in that area, and I will tell you I am in a rare situation where I can't find something, anything, that doesn't meet or exceed my expectations. The only problem I have with Lake Norman Infiniti is that they are not in Raleigh. Instead Raleigh has Crossroads Infiniti, which in my personal opinion and experience, is terrible! Makes me consider driving to Lake Norman just to get my car serviced. If you want to purchase an Infiniti, your mind is probably already made up. You might as well go to a dealer where you are going to get exceptional service. In my experience and opinion, I would recommend Lake Norman Infiniti. more
