This place is amazing, it's the cutest lil complex I have ever seen let alone lived in! And love the girls in the office they are attentive and always respectful! I will live here until he pops the question! (Sorry girls I have to get married sooner or later). Maintenance btw is always there either the same day or the day after I call, and if it's an emergency they are always right there! Love the place, and you will too!! Pros: Excellent! They will nail you with move out costs. $800 for new carpet etc. Same thing happened to my cousin, they tried to claim she took the refrigerator, when it turns out maintance had it. This is after the tried to bill her $800 for it and another $500 in so in ridiculous costs. They change staff constantly and it just get's worse. We would ask for something to be done and it would never get done. There were rodents and you could hear them in the walls. Nothing done. Dog waste everywhere, nothing done. Windows would leak, nothing done. They said there was nothing they could do even though ice built up on the inside. Now we are trying to dispute the move out costs and no one will respond and allegedy everything is with someone I am not even sure is an employee. My girlfriend was even struck by a car there and they could care less about the use of dr*GS. I have lived in multiple apartments never had a problem, one charged me $50 for cleaning and I thought that was ridicuolous. Poor materials throughout, expect to pay a high electric bill and still be cold. There are other places where the managment is much better, maybe even a little cheaper. STAY AWAY. If there is anyone out there who has the opportunity to read this review before you move into Lake Club apartments please do so. My family lived in these apartments for one year. a few years back. In the beginning things were great just like any other place of living. The moment things went wrong the apartment showed its true side. Our apartment and car was broken into on several different occasions. The apartment did nothing. Things in the apartment stopped working, again the apartment did nothing. The apartment management would never return your calls. Then when it finally became time to move out we received this letter in the mail stating that we owed a ""HUGE BILL"" for repairs done to the apartment. My entire family came down to help me move and clean the apartment before we moved out, so I know for a fact this bill was bogus. I reached out to some of my friends who lived in the apartment prior to me and they all said they same thing, do not move into that apartment they will try to take you for every dime. If you would like to live in a place that?s going to treat you fairly and be there when you need them DON?T MOVE TO LAKE CLUB IN POLARIS?.STAY AWAY?. do not rent from this company or anything associated with it. they are scam artists. check the business reports(this site filters out the non-profit group's name) on them. hundreds of filings. check the attorney general's office records; again, tons of bad reports. no one renting from them has ever gotten a security deposit back. in fact most people who live in their apartments get a huge bill after move-out for ""damages."" they then harass you, threaten you with court, and try to make you feel helpless; that you must pay their bogus charges. further, your electric and water bills are under ""american power and light"" and ""columbus and central ohio systems,"" respectively. these companies are owned by ardent (or triangle real estate as they were formerly known by) and are simply power and water resellers. ie, they buy power and water service, then charge you extra to buy it from them.
