If there is anyone out there who has the opportunity to read this review before you move into Lake Club apartments please do so. My family lived in these apartments for one year. a few years back. In the beginning things were great just like any other place of living. The moment things went wrong the apartment showed its true side. Our apartment and car was broken into on several different occasions. The apartment did nothing. Things in the apartment stopped working, again the apartment did nothing. The apartment management would never return your calls. Then when it finally became time to move out we received this letter in the mail stating that we owed a ""HUGE BILL"" for repairs done to the apartment. My entire family came down to help me move and clean the apartment before we moved out, so I know for a fact this bill was bogus. I reached out to some of my friends who lived in the apartment prior to me and they all said they same thing, do not move into that apartment they will try to take you for every dime. If you would like to live in a place that?s going to treat you fairly and be there when you need them DON?T MOVE TO LAKE CLUB IN POLARIS?.STAY AWAY?.
Pros: Very close to the highway so you can run away from Lake Club
