Ladin Hyundai Service Center 2/12/2014

I went in for routine oil/filter change and tire rotation. They also, free of charge fixed a part recall and unclogged my windshield wiper fluid jets. It took as long as they said it would, and cost less than was estimated. more

Great first service 1/23/2014

I went in to get my 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0t maintenanced for the first time (a little bit early) and it was a pleasure. They completed the initial inspection under the estimated time (probably less than an hour). I even called after to have the steering realigned because it needed an ever so slight adjustment and they did it for me for free with no charge in less than a few hours. If they keep up the outstanding service I'll continuously be pleased. more

Better than Mercedes 12/2/2013

I know people will think I am exaggerating, but my Hyundai is every bit as luxurious and awesome as the Mercedes vehicles I've owned in the past. However, its Ladin Hyundai in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks that keeps me coming back. The Mercedes service department could learn a lot from them...everything, from scheduling to pick up, is so convenient and tailored to the consumers needs. The free loaner cars are in excellent condition and they strive to give me one comperable to the one I own. I never have to wait in line - everything is ready. When i drop off, I don't have to wait - they are so organized. My car always returns cleaner than when I drop it off. I just can't say enough good things about this dealership! I've sent three friends this year - all bought from Ladin and all are thrilled with their vehicles and Ladin's service department. more

Product marginal Service needs improvement 10/16/2013

They are very average and on occasion good. Their product has too many issues. Their attitude still needs to be fine tuned. The inconvenience of taking the car back for repairs dims the prospect of getting another Hyundai. The steering wheel leather peeled, seat leather rubbed/worn thin at 23 thousand miles and they acted like they were doing me a favor repairing the seat leather. They replaced the steering wheel and said "yes this happens". The navigation, audio went out and it took a month to fix. Loaner car lights went out. No apologies, no complimentary oil change nothing. They are average at best which means they are not the worse in customer service but they can be much better! Take note from Starbucks or Vons customer service Training. Upper Management County of LA more
