I know people will think I am exaggerating, but my Hyundai is every bit as luxurious and awesome as the Mercedes vehicles I've owned in the past. However, its Ladin Hyundai in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks that keeps me coming back. The Mercedes service department could learn a lot from them...everything, from scheduling to pick up, is so convenient and tailored to the consumers needs. The free loaner cars are in excellent condition and they strive to give me one comperable to the one I own. I never have to wait in line - everything is ready. When i drop off, I don't have to wait - they are so organized. My car always returns cleaner than when I drop it off. I just can't say enough good things about this dealership! I've sent three friends this year - all bought from Ladin and all are thrilled with their vehicles and Ladin's service department.
