They are very average and on occasion good. Their product has too many issues. Their attitude still needs to be fine tuned. The inconvenience of taking the car back for repairs dims the prospect of getting another Hyundai. The steering wheel leather peeled, seat leather rubbed/worn thin at 23 thousand miles and they acted like they were doing me a favor repairing the seat leather. They replaced the steering wheel and said "yes this happens". The navigation, audio went out and it took a month to fix. Loaner car lights went out. No apologies, no complimentary oil change nothing. They are average at best which means they are not the worse in customer service but they can be much better! Take note from Starbucks or Vons customer service Training. Upper Management County of LA
