Great Dentist! 3/24/2020

Outstanding! I have had a wonderful experience at Lach Orthodontics over the past year. I want to acknowledge the staff for making my experience the best it could be and Dr. Lach itself for giving me a treatment for excessive spacing with my teeth. He made me wear braces for a year and a half before completely removing it. He even made a guideline for me on how to clean my teeth completely. Thumbs up for the great dental service Dr. Lach. more

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I never once had an unpleasant experience. I had a lot of complications with my teeth and would have to go in every once and a while to have something fixed or replaced and they never made me feel like it was a bother. If you are considering orthodontic treatment I would highly recommend Lach Orthodontics. more

My Son's Beautiful Smile 4/8/2015

I truly appreciate the professionalism shown at your office. I also appreciate that your staff is prompt and sticks to the schedule, which shows respect of everyone's time. The one area I would recommend be worked on is the accounting. We recently requested a statement and a balance sheet and upon review the documents didn't tie into one another. We had to match the items against payments to understand what our balance was. It should be easily viewed and understandable and it was not. I want to give a special Thank You to Ciara, our technician, she made our visits very comfortable. She explained everything and answered any questions we had. We are in our final steps of treatment and I couldn't be more pleased with my son's beautiful smile. Thank you. more

My sister and I have gone through many consultations with other orthodontists but I have to say that Dr. Lach's team is by far the best. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They do everything they can to work with you as far as treatment plans and payments which is such a relief!! Dr. Lach and his team are the best in the business and I'm glad I found his office!!! I was a little nervous at first about the whole process because I didn't know what to expect but the way all the information was broken down made the appointment run very smoothly. I would recommend Dr. Lach to anyone and everyone because they can give you everything you're looking for and they won't disappoint!! :) more
