Good: The waiter Javier! The corn chowder and carrot soup are still good. Margaritas $10 lacked kick and taste. The chips were average, but the salsa fairly good.. Bad: Everything! from the hostess who lacked personality & training 2 the rude unprofessional Manager, Jocelyn 2 whom we complained 2 after patiently waiting 2.5 hours for a table for 5 ppl after realizing we were being passed over to aaccomodate thier regular patrons. She promised us a 20% discount on our dinner tab (we had already spent $100 @ the bar) which she revoked after we ate. When called on it she yelled at us in front of the other patrons & told us to leave 'bcuz WE were taking advantage..go figure. Improvements: It starts at the top, replace the Manager who has no handle on restaurant OPS, especially customer service(but it won't happen because she's the owner's daughter), hire a hostess with experience & personality who can do the job right. Cook the original recipes you once did & stop shrinking the size of the order and the presentation of the meal.. Other: Treat all your customers with respect & consideration regardless if it's thier first time or their 20th visit to your restaurant, they pay your bills. You also don't know who they know, remember a customer having a great experieince will share that withmaybe 5 people, but if it's negative they will share it with 20 or more people..
