I went in to get a manicure for my cold dry weary hands and was hoping, giving the hefty price tag ($20), it'd be just as good, if not better than my top places back in NYC (including the $9 dive across the street from my office). The young lady who did my nails was charming but immediately I could tell she had no idea what she was doing. I felt like I was getting my nails done at a sleepover. On 9 out of my 10 nails, she got paint all over the cuticle and skin, and it was a dark polish not easily removed...\r
She didn't clean up my cuticles, even when I asked. Didn't cut them, pushed them back with cuticle remover which did nothing. Furthermore when she was done painting, I said where do I sit to let them dry? She nonchalantly said there were no dryers. WHAT THE HECK? I just paid 20 bucks for a mani I could've given myself in a coma and you don't even have dryers. Turns out they did have one, it just didn't work... ??? Sigh, just horrible... what a scam. They shouldn't provide services that they can't adequately perform.\r
Again, sweet staff, lovely building... shouldn't be doing manicures.....
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Horrible manicure
