Review content:
I found the staff to be very unprofessional and pushy about buying products. One night they were all so involved with each other making fun of a man after he left. Then the stylist put a hair product on the counter and told the cashier I was going to take it before I had even agreed to buy it.
I scheduled a treatment and when it started I realized it was not the correct one.The appointment was written as a combination of the treatment I wanted and one I did not. The girl said it was no problem and could switch and I would only be charged for one however the cashier charged me for both and when I asked her about it she acted like I was being a complete jerk for not wanting to pay full price for a treatment I did not schedule, want, or completely finish.
Pros: skilled massage staff, skilled pedicure staf
Cons: poor parking, rude staff
