It was my first time using LA Carpet. They installed new carpet in our living room. Everything was fast and really great. They have the best quality. more

L.A. Carpet Warehouse didn't install the same carpet that I ordered. I had given him a sample of it to take with him to make sure he ordered the right one. It was the right color but I hadn't realized it was the wrong carpet until it was already installed and the furniture was back in its place. It's shaggier than it's supposed to be. The installers and the installation itself was great and he did offer to take it up but it was too late. more

I would highly recommend L.A. Carpet Warehouse. My mother has another little cottage on her property. They put linoleum flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. In the bathroom the flooring started to discolor about a year and a half after the installation. They came out, looked at it, and determined whether the discoloration was their fault or the installer's. They had it replaced in no time at all. They are very thorough and very polite. They didn't immediately start making it out as the client's fault. In a very short period of time after my mother called to tell them what happened they were over making the inspection and the determination of fault. It was no time at all after that that they were taking up the old stuff and putting down the new. They were pleasant to work with. It was easy. I don't know how they are when it's clearly the client's fault, but they were very, very nice to my mother. She will be 94 this year and she pretty much took care of it all herself. They were very respectful and very nice. They're also really good because they have a lot of carpeting in stock, so getting your carpeting doesn't take forever. If they've got it in stock, you can probably get it the next day. I'm sure there are some more select carpets that they don't keep around, but they keep a lot of carpeting in stock. You're usually not waiting for your carpeting to arrive. more

I've recommended L.A. Carpet Warehouse a lot of times. I have only dealt with Razmin a lot. He always follows through with everything he says he is going to do and he will tell you right upfront if there's going to be an issue or a problem. I like that openness; he's right upfront about things. That way you don't have any expectations that can't be met. I feel comfortable with that. I've been going there for eight or nine years. There's no need to go anywhere else. It's a high quality product. You get what you pay for. more

With L.A. Carpet Warehouse, you don't just get the usual service. If there's something you're looking for, but you're not sure what, they help you find out and are capable in doing so very quickly. They're very flexible and accommodating, working with your schedule in order to get the work done right and on time. It's quality work and customer service. There were no issues with the installers. And be sure to ask for Razmin; he's a great salesman and I wouldn't want anyone else. I recommend them. more

I hired LA Carpet to install carpet in two bedrooms in a new condo I was purchasing. They came out and brought samples and installed the same week. The cost was very reasonable the quality of work was good and MOST importantly the experience was smooth and efficient! They now have a customer for life. more

I feel they did a very good work on the floor. We did have some issues with needing to re-glue the floor, although this was related more to the situation than the work performed. My only comment would have been to also replace more of the baseboards. more

I've used the company multiple times. Rent control tenants can be a pain to deal with because of a sense of entitlement and power. Razmin understands and reschedules like its not an issue if I get one that turns out to be a nuisance. The carpet quality is good. I've never had an issue with the price and then discover the quality of carpet is terrible, or swapped. Tenants have never complained about the carpet after an install. I like that I can view color samples digitally and show tenants. Tenants like to pick the color and were satisfied with what was installed based on the picture. Other tenants were more accommodating with moving their furniture after seeing the installs in other rentals. The prices are reasonable. It's cheaper to install new carpet then try and clean and deal with rent control complaints and investigative fees by the city for the complaint. LA rent control can be intense getting work approved by the city for a rent increase. The city case mgrs for capital improvements are renowned as difficult to deal with and contribute to the anti-business perception of the LAHD. Contractors get frustrated when the invoice they provided gets rejected and has to be itemized per unit for cost. Accounting systems just don't inherently provide that feature. Sometimes the License no. for the business is allegedly unreadable or "mistaken" as the invoice number, so they reject. It can push the rent increase back a month. LA carpets invoices were approved without issue The invoice itemized by unit, then by floor type. The license info is right at the top so the case mgr can't claim they didn't see it. more

I started with LA Carpet Warehouse with a small job for our HOA, carpeting the common area stairs. They did a great job with an excellent price. We had two other bids. Since that time I used LACW when I installed wooden floor, and most recently tile floors on my balconies. Excellent work every time. more

We had our Building Re carpeted and the Tile removed with LA Warehouse. Razmin took care of everything from Beginning to End and he was so professional, easy to work with , and informative. L.A. Carpet Warehouse actually came in and did the installation on our property, which is very large. We are a homeowners' association. We didn't have any complaints! My company works with them on many jobs, sometimes back-to-back. The company owns commercial buildings and L.A. Carpet Warehouse is constantly doing tenant improvement work in them. I'm their point of contact within the company and I really enjoy working with them. more

Razmin is very helpful, the job is always done timely and we are always satisfied with the quality of the carpets.
