L A Carpet Warehouse

As a general contractor, I deal with repairing water damage. I can do the walls and everything else, but I use L.A. Carpet Warehouse to repair the floors. We've dealt with a lot of other similar companies, however with L.A. Carpet Warehouse we've consistently gotten great follow-through. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are very helpful and have a great showroom for their customers to walk in and see the different products they have available. These are really nice guys to work with. I recommend them all the time. more

L.A. Carpet Warehouse came very highly recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to hire them to replace some of the old carpet in my home. They are located close by, which made using them very convenient. Also, I prefer to deal with smaller, local businesses whenever I can, instead of the big box outfits. When you buy local, you feel more like you are dealing with actual people. L.A. Carpet were better than a lot of businesses I've dealt with, but there were a few things that prevent me from giving them a perfect review. There were some scheduling issues that arose, in that they had trouble keeping appointment times. Once I contacted Razmin and explained my concern, we got everything worked out, but it wasn't ideal at first. Also, they were very quick to take up the old carpet, and as a result there was a lot of debris, which they could have been better about cleaning up. But in the end, the work was done well and I like the way my carpets look. I'm considering redoing the carpet in another room, and if I can find the color I want then I would use them again. The folks at LA Carpet Warehouse are wonderful. I have met with Patrick at 2 of our buildings that required replacement flooring. He's always on time and accurate. The quotes are fair and the installers to a nice job. We're a family run business and enjoy the terrific service they provide. more

I have done a lot of business with L.A. Carpet Warehouse. I've only been displeased with them one time, and Razmin made me happy again within the hour. It's a great company! I had a problem one day with a trash chute in a three story building and they helped me clear it in about 4 minutes. I was so grateful to them I could have made them dinner that day! L.A. L.A. Carpet Warehouse's service is pretty good. I've actually had issues with others, so I chose them. I recommend them daily. I am multiply happy with them! I've dealt with them hundreds of times with them over the last two years, and they have always taken good care of my need. If I have any issues, they've always taken care of it. L.A. Carpet Warehouse has given me the all-around greatest experience of any company I've dealt with. I've used them for 2 years straight, about 3 times a month, and they have never let me down. They have fixed all my problems, even the little things, without hesitation. They have prompt repair service, and just prompt service in general.
