This is why I always took care of my car myself. All I needed was my heater hose installed!! Care drove PERFECT when I left it!! Beware - Upcharges 10/16/2010

This place appears to be famous for ripping people off. I was told my 2008 Jeep needed an engine flush since the oil hadn't been changed regularly. While I was waiting, a person with a ""brand new car"" was told that due to grease used during manufacturing, his car would need an engine flush on the next visit. (His car had 500 miles on it!) I'd suggest using someone else. These guys are all about up charging. A $40 oil change cost me $140! more

Mr. Vasquez. It seems that what you were looking for was an immediate fix to a problem not retaining to the oil change. We DO NOT let a customer leave our shop without the service they asked for. There also will not be a noticeable difference when you get an oil change. As far as the owner is concerned we do not give out personal information which also includes cell phones numbers and addresses for any employees including the owner. Unfortunately the owner of this facility does not come in untill after hours which leaves myself and the store manager to resolve any problems or questions any customer might have. What a rip-off !!!! 2/15/2010

Take your car here & expect them to upsale a service not needed for 99% of all vehicles. When you get an oil change they will try to charge you for an ""oil flush."" Only about $120 for your oil change. Owner says it's necessary but ALL other dealers & service companies says its a way to scare people for unnecessary service & get them more profits. Read other reviews and go somewhere else. Went there and owner was as rude as they come !!! Pros: good location Cons: upscales service not needed - SCAM on purpose. more

The WORST customer service 9/10/2008

I went to have my car inspected and the guys there were ok in attitude. The real problem happened after I went to drive my car and relized the battery was dead. The tech that did my inspection had left the lights on and now four hours later I couldn't start my car. I called and told someone that my car was dead because they left the lights on after the inspection. After a dead silence I simply asked ""Can someone come give me a jump?"".....""Uh, hang on."" I was within walking distance of the shop and waited on hold for some time. Finnaly I decided to hang up and try again, but I couldn't get though. I had to have my husband come help me and by the time he got there the shop had closed. I ended up buying a new battery because they had drained it so bad. When we went a few days later we politly tried to explain the situation. The manager and another tech kept cutting us off, and wouldn't even look at the paperwork we had. What really set me off was when he said it was MY fault because I did not turn the lights off. It was noon... who thinks to check lights that they never turned on?!? In the end he just said it was all our fault and to leave or he would call the police, who he personaly knows by name and have them search us and our car (with no cause I might add). This is a franchise and it shows. I hate to think what would have happened if I had major work done on my car. Pros: hum cant think of any Cons: they will not take care of mistakes more
