Mr. Vasquez. It seems that what you were looking for was an immediate fix to a problem not retaining to the oil change. We DO NOT let a customer leave our shop without the service they asked for. There also will not be a noticeable difference when you get an oil change. As far as the owner is concerned we do not give out personal information which also includes cell phones numbers and addresses for any employees including the owner. Unfortunately the owner of this facility does not come in untill after hours which leaves myself and the store manager to resolve any problems or questions any customer might have.
