I have eaten at what many would consider to be the best sushi restaurants in Southern California, and can honestly say that there is nowhere else I would rather go for fresh fish. They have a very well-balanced menu, which consists of a many salads, hot and cold appetizers, special rolls (which you can have made with brown rice), and of course a variety of beautiful fish.
Pros: Incomparable food
Cons: Difficult to find (but don't give up)
