I have come to your Honda service department for ten years, eight of the ten being serviced by Tony (Moony?). Tony is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always makes the service experience a pleasure. Dino was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen's, he answered every on of my questions. Explained all the safety feature on the Passat. He took great care of my wife and I even and was so patient with us even when we changed our minds twice. You are very fortunate to have someone like him at your dealership. And if I am pleased with the Passat I will be back in the future for another Volkswagen hopefully the CC. more

My salesman was Orlando. He was absolutely wonderful. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I would spend. I had fooled around with another dealership who just played a game with us. They didn't understand that we were serious buyers and we wanted our bottom line up front. Orlando gave me just that. Within 10 minutes we settled on a price and it was just a matter of getting the vehicle and presenting a check. Orlando let us know what we needed to do and where our car was every step of the way. we love our new jetta!! everyone there was so helpful!! bill lang did a great job telling us about the car. and really found the one we wanted. we will come to bill when we are ready for a new one. and jason was super in finance. he worked with us and explained everything that we had to know. he is a good guy!! and natalia i don't know how she remembers so much about the cars but she did great.!! i give them all a 10+. this is our third jetta that we have bought from khun and we will always return. we live about 2 hours from kuhn. we like them so much we go there for all services and if we ever have a problem they are so helpful. more

I have yet to have a positive experience with the Kuhn Honda Service Center. I go only for Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance, but I have now stopped going there for that as well. Every time I go in for something simple, they try to get me to buy more than I need. For example: Every time I bring the car in (normally twice a year) they say I need new tires. So, I purchased new tires from them, and wouldn't you know it...6 months later I come back in and they say I need new tires, again. When I told them that I had just purchased new tires from them 6 months ago (plus I only drive 4 miles to work) their excuse was that the tires were not balanced and rotated properly and the alignment was off, causing the tires to wear unevenly...but they are the ones who balance/rotate/and align my tires. So does that mean they are not doing their maintenance correctly? Confused? I know I was. Do not go there unless you want to get screwed. Pros: Nice waiting room and night drop-off. Cons: Rude Staff, No Free Loaner Cars, High Prices more
