HORRIBLE - BAIT AND SWITCH 3/27/2012

Actually I would rather rate it zero stars! It was the worst experience ever! Check out their complaints on Better Business Bureau before doing business with them. Worked a week with salesman on car that was supposedly in pristine condition. Showed up and the car was covered in dents and scatches AFTER supposedly being in the body shop. Many of the cars are covered with dings, scratches. When the salesman saw that I was unhappy he wanted to upsell me to another car that also had dings and scratches. I made a 2 hour drive to see this car and the pictures that they sent me did not even reflect the damage and condition of the car. The Sales Manager Pat was extremely rude and did not care that I wanted to purchase a car and had CASH. Salesman even admitted that many of the cars they have online are to meerly lure in the customers to purchase a more expensive vehicle. Watch out! more

I really like the way they took care of me. I liked that they washed and vacuumed out my car. I would like to say thank you everybody for all the great work. more

I always have a great experience here, the staff are always kind and courteous. I pick Kuhn over other dealerships even for minor visits, and I drive from sarasota just because of the staff. more

Having worked for VW in the past and three dealerships I can tell you this was the best dealership experience I have ever had or been in. This is not idol flattery. Your people were professional in their dealing with other customers,(I watched). This includes your service writers, sales people I met right on down to your porters. The spirit of cooperation was very much in evidence, well done such an organization is not built over night. more

Very competent 6/22/2011

My service person was Patrick, who has taken care of me in the past. Patrick ensured that I was comfortable, offered to have the car service take me to the mall to while away some time as my appt was long, and even surprised me with a car wash. He is very competent, caring, and a great asset to your agency and VW in general. more

Quick, easy, and painless 6/10/2011

Dorinda was amazing. She called about a recall, explained the process and made it simple. She even squeezed me in for my 5k checkup/oil change to save me the time and hassle of coming back down. Dorinda wen the extra mile to make this recall service as quick, easy, and painless as possible. more

Above and beyond 6/8/2011

I had some initial problems getting a minor repair done on my minivan. The service supervisor, Paul, went above and beyond in ultimately fixing the problem. He provided the best service I have received from any company that I can remember. I know it may sound a bit over the top, but if there were more people like Paul around this world would be a better place. more
